Yesterday, in the Tacoma News Tribune, an article was published on the Pierce County Real Estate market sales results for February.  It showed some mixed signals in the market!
 
Sales numbers were down a bit (3%) from the previous month, but home sale values are up 11.4% compared to February of 2013.  You can see the full article at http://www.thenewstribune.com/2014/03/05/3080655/pierce-county-home-sales-down.html.
 
Although fewer sales are happening, your home’s value is increasing compared to a year ago.  If you are considering selling your home, it’s a great time with prices increasing to do so.  Plus, home sales in the Spring and Summer are always at the highest as most people prefer to buy homes during this time.
